decided due to lack of sleep that it would be cool for me to start keeping a blog…i love to write anyway, and this will give me a reason to do more of it…not that everyone is terribly interested in whats going on with us, but even for my memories and shit i can update everyday just to remember things years from now
we had a day off today (yesterday technically)…we played in Orlando on 11/11…that show was a very important show for us…Orlando is really like our second home…we practically lived down there for 2 months when we were recording and writing the record…our label is down there, our management, and our producer…i’ve been sick as hell, but the show was still an effin’ blast…and then the following day we got to hang out with said label, management, and producer…was cool as shit getting to see all of them again, as it had been awhile…we missed them…they missed us more though

we’ve got tomorrow off as well (today) and then the 14th the tour rolls thru our home in Nashville…we’ve got a walmart signing and acoustic performance we’re doing in our hometown hometown of Hendersonville, TN and then we play EXIT/IN later that night…we’re really looking forward to throwing the hell down…i hope i’m 100% unsick by then (yea, i just made up a word)…

I had the pleasure of being at your birthday show in ohio, which was a great show and very entertaining! Though I have recently moved to Florida, so now you have to come further south! Good luck on the being sick thing. Go to GNC and get Zinc Lozenges, I swear they work, and taste like oranges!
The Orlando show was so amazing… It’s seriously my favourite Evans Blue show to date.

Yay! Nixon’s keeping a blog. Very happy about that. For those of us fans who can’t go to a lot of shows it’s nice to get the updates and hear all about the tour, and what you guys are up to. Anyway, I hope you feel better soon.

You are wise beyond your years. Everything you say has truth and meaning and people are interested in what you have to say. I know I am. May you continue to have success and great ability to write great songs. You do put everyhting out there when you write and it kind of leaves you open and vulnerable. You hear your life in music.
